Receptionist

When customers (or potential customers) call MITM or walk through the front door, we want their contact with us to be pleasant, positive and informative. And that's not all. We expect the person who fills our receptionist position to be a fully-functioning member of our team, a group of individuals who love what they do and want you to be a part of that experience. The successful applicant will:

Work as a Loyal Team Player. Your Success is Our Success.
Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional, helpful, friendly manner.
Answer the telephone promptly and professionally. Return calls within minutes.
Take messages fully and accurately and make sure the recipients of those messages get them.
Treat customers and colleagues with respect and appreciation (we love the Golden Rule).
Complete all paperwork (letters, filing, billing, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
Manage multiple tasks with a smile and a constant willingness to do the job well.
Put in a full day's work, be punctual and be here on a regular, everyday basis.
Always be thinking about how MITM can get better at what we do.
